How to Contribute

ClickIt! invites all people in Charnwood to contribute to the archive. Submissions can include anything about life in Charnwood for example:

• Environments - your workplace, the pub, the Forest, River or Wolds, Country Parks, industrial landscapes, the environment you live in
• Activities - work, play, sport, creative activities
• Events - births, marriages, Street Events, Concerts and Plays, Cultural Celebrations
• Things you love and loathe about Charnwood
• Anything you choose!

The project accepts historical as well as contemporary photographs. You may wish to send in a single photograph, a collection or a photo essay.

Please note - all work submitted will be subject to an editing process.

Charnwood Arts is also prepared to run a workshop/photographic sessions with any group that wishes to be involved with the project.

Please get in touch if your group would like to take part or if you have an idea that you would like to develop.

Work can be submitted in digital formats. JPEGs at maximum 150 dpi 720 pixels on the longest edge. Maximum print size A4. We also need the following information where possible:

• Name of the photographer
• Date/Year in which the photograph was taken
• Parish/Village/Area in which photograph was taken
• If possible, postcode relevant to photograph

Work will only be accepted on the basis that the submission is made by the copyright holder or rightful representative of the copyright holder. The copyright of any photograph submitted remains with the photography, although by submitting work you agree to allow Charnwood Arts to use the image as part of any ClickIt! related project or promotion.
